Under the leadership of founder Jennifer Hodgson, the company has established itself as a trusted partner for clients seeking to bring order and efficiency to their lives. Their comprehensive service offering spans from home decluttering and wardrobe organisation to moving assistance and dedicated PA support for busy professionals.
When Jennifer first approached me, Organise Your Life was operating with a self-built Wix website that had served the business in its early stages. However, as the company grew and evolved, the limitations of this platform became increasingly apparent. The existing website struggled with mobile responsiveness, making it difficult for potential clients to access information on their smartphones, a crucial consideration in today's digital landscape. The navigation structure had become complicated over time, potentially deterring prospective clients from discovering the full range of services available. Perhaps most importantly, the website's design and performance weren't reflecting the premium, detail-oriented nature of the services Organise Your Life provides to its clients.
Working in close collaboration with Jennifer, I embarked on developing an entirely new website that would truly represent the Organise Your Life brand. The process began with a comprehensive strategic planning phase, during which I carefully analysed competitor websites and reviewed examples that Jennifer had identified as aligned with her vision. This research informed the development of a cohesive colour palette that would effectively communicate the brand's premium positioning.
Before any development work began, I conducted thorough keyword research to ensure the new website would perform well in search engine rankings. This groundwork proved invaluable in shaping both the site's structure and content strategy.
The development phase focused on creating a clean, minimalist design that emphasises professionalism while ensuring excellent functionality. I adopted a mobile-first approach to guarantee perfect responsiveness across all devices, addressing one of the key issues with the previous website. Page loading speeds were optimised throughout, creating a smooth and professional user experience that reflects the quality of service Organise Your Life delivers to its clients.
Content organisation was completely restructured to provide clear, intuitive access to information about their services. The new structure presents their core offerings, Home Organisation & Decluttering, Moving Home Assistance, Home Decor & Styling, and Life Admin & PA Support, in a way that makes it easy for potential clients to understand the full scope of available services. We also incorporated content highlighting the mental health benefits of organisation, an important aspect of their service that resonates strongly with their client base.
The new website launched in February 2024, providing Organise Your Life with a professional platform that truly reflects their premium service offering. The enhanced mobile experience has made it significantly easier for potential clients to find and engage with their services while on the go. The improved navigation and service discovery have helped to showcase the full breadth of their offerings more effectively.
One of the most significant improvements has been the website's scalability. As Organise Your Life continues to grow and expand its service offerings across Warwickshire and beyond, the new platform provides the flexibility to easily add new services and content without compromising the site's structure or user experience.
