Premium Estates approached me in Summer 2024 with a vision to establish themselves as a distinctive presence in the Warwickshire property market. As a new independent estate agency serving Leamington Spa, Warwick, and Kenilworth, they needed more than just a website – they required a digital platform that would embody their fresh approach to estate agency while driving business growth.
The agency's co-founders, Bobbie Dixon and Billy Evans, had identified a gap in the local market for an estate agent that went above and beyond traditional services. Their challenge was to communicate this unique value proposition effectively online while ensuring they had the tools to manage their property portfolio and generate new business efficiently.
Understanding Premium Estates' brand was crucial to delivering a successful solution. Unlike traditional estate agencies, Premium Estates offers bespoke services such as home staging and pre-sale health checks, positioning themselves as a premium yet accessible option in the local market. This distinctive approach needed to be reflected in every aspect of their digital presence.
I developed a flexible platform that puts control firmly in the hands of the Premium Estates team. The website allows them to manage their property listings seamlessly, share company news and special offers, and showcase their unique services. Most importantly, it serves as a powerful tool for generating valuation requests from potential sellers – a key driver for business growth.
Search engine optimisation was built into the project from the ground up. Before development began, I conducted extensive keyword research focused on the Warwickshire property market.
